“This unprecedented growth is attributed in part to our Triple-T Verification® Program, launched in September 2017 at SupplySide West”, explained Chief Operations Officer, Mark Campbell. “This program, combined with the fact that our sales team is working more closely with valued clients to match our products to their needs, has led to an increase in the average number of SKUs sold to each customer.”

To validate our supply chain, the Quality Assurance and Sourcing departments worked together to establish a strict vendor qualification program, used to evaluate and approve all our manufacturing partners. This process, now used for all manufacturing partners, goes through a series of steps including document verification, product testing and facility audits. A close collaboration phase between NP Nutra® and all approved partners then led to the development of our successful Triple-T Verification® system.”
