In 2016, the company had doubled its warehouse space, expanding from 15171 into 15161 S. Figueroa Street. This new lease means that within two years, NP Nutra® will have tripled its warehouse space, now occupying three adjoining buildings from 15151 – 15171 S. Figueroa Street.
Chief Operating Officer Mark Campbell, who negotiated the lease extension, explains,
“Our landlords don’t typically allow tenants to take up such a large percentage of their business parks, but after meeting with NP Nutra® recognized the strong fundamentals of our business,” said Mr. Campbell.
“NP Nutra’s Q1 2018 results were up a staggering 40% over the same period last year, demonstrating that our company is growing at a fast yet steady pace.
“This strong start to the year was a clear indication to us that the company will easily surpass its 2017 growth projection of 22%. We found it necessary to take steps to fully support this growth and consequently, we are in the process of evaluating all our resources and increasing staff.”
