We’re proud to welcome the very talented, multi lingual Cecilia Reyes to our international sales team. Serving the needs of NP Nutra’s South American clients, Cecilia Reyes brings her experience and qualifications in food analysis and technology, quality control, processing and toxicology in the areas of fruit, vegetables and dairy.
Cecilia’s experience in food science, spanning industrialization, analysis and technology means she is a welcome fit for NP Nutra® Sales. While Cecilia’s position will focus on our South American customers, she will also be tasked with improving communication and collaboration with our ever expanding network of producers in South America.
South America is a burgeoning market for the health industry. As economies grow, so too does consumption and South Americans are becoming increasingly interested in wellness and food. Along with the increased focus on health, image and longevity is the very long standing tradition of using natural remedies and herbal medicine. The combination of the two trends creates a market ripe for dietary supplements, functional foods and health products.
On her appointment, Cecilia says, “I feel very lucky to join NP Nutra®, it’s a great opportunity and I’m looking forward to a great experience. This is an exciting time for the industry and there is potential for huge growth in this very vibrant market.”
In her spare time, Cecilia tutors English. She enjoys painting and playing piano and guitar and keeps fit with jogging and weights.
